摘要:
采用MBR/反渗透为主体的工艺处理园区再生水,一期处理规模为1 500 t/d。运行结果表明,当进水pH为6~9、COD≤1 200 mg/L、SS≤400 mg/L、TN≤100 mg/L、NH3-N≤35 mg/L、TP≤8 mg/L时,处理出水pH为6~9、COD≤30 mg/L、SS≤5 mg/L、TN≤1.5 mg/L、NH3-N≤1.5 mg/L、TP≤0.3 mg/L,出水水质达到《地面水环境质量标准》(GB 3838-2002)的Ⅳ类标准。该工程运行成本为2.76元/t。

Abstract:
MBR+reverse osmosis,as the main part of the process,has been used for treating reclaimed water in indu-strial parks. The treatment scale in the first stage is 1 500 t/d. The running results indicate that the effluent pH is 6-9,COD≤30 mg/L,SS≤5 mg/L,TN≤1.5 mg/L,NH3-N≤1.5 mg/L,and TP≤0.3 mg/L,when the influent pH is 6-9,COD≤1 200 mg/L,SS≤400 mg/L,TN≤100 mg/L,NH3-N≤35 mg/L,and TP≤8 mg/L. The effluent quality can reach Category Ⅳ standard of the“Environmental Quality Standard of Surface Water”(GB 3838-2002). The opera-tion cost of this project is CNY 2.76 /t.
