金属捕集剂处理重金属废水的工程应用实例

Example of the engineering application of metallic chelator to the treatment of wasterwater containing heavy metals

摘要:

采用TMT-20重金属捕集剂沉淀+氧化沉淀+精滤工艺对冶炼废水进行深度处理与回用,工程改造及调试运行结果表明,处理出水可满足《铅锌工业污染物排放标准》(GB 25466-2010)水污染物特别排放限值的要求。处理后废水全部回用于冲渣工段及湿式除尘系统,每年可回用水21.6万m3,节约新鲜水费108万元。该项目年减排CODCr12.96 t,总锌319.68 kg,总铅15.12 kg,总镉14.04 kg,总砷41.04 kg,总汞1.94 kg。该综合治理工程具有明显的环境效益、经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:

The combined process,heavy metallic chelator(TMT-20) precipitation-oxidation precipitation-secondary filtration,has been used for the advanced treatment and reuse of wastewater from smelting. The engineering transforma-tion and operation debugging results show that the treated effluent can meet the requirements for the special limit value of water pollutants,specified in the Emission Standard of Pollutants in Lead and Zinc Industry(GB 25466-2010). The treated effluent can completely be reused for flushing section and wet-typed dust removing system,the reusable water is 216 000 m3 per year,CNY1,080 000.00 for fresh water cost can be saved. Every year,the emission-reduction of CODCr of this project is 12.96 t,total Zn 319.68 kg, total Pb 15.12 kg,total Cd 14.04 kg,total As 41.04 kg,and total Hg 1.94 kg. The comprehensive treatment project has significant environmental,economic and social profits.
