Influences of sludge age on the operational characteristics of hybrid membrane bioreactors

摘要: 在不同污泥龄(SRT)条件下同时运行5套复合式膜生物反应器(HMBR)处理生活污水,进行实验室小试,研究了SRT对HMBR运行特性的影响。试验结果表明,SRT对有机物和营养物质的去除有重要影响,COD、NH3-N、TN和TP平均去除率最高时对应的SRT分别为30、20、30、20 d。此外,过长和过短的SRT均会加剧膜污染,最佳SRT为30 d,对应的膜组件运行周期为117 d。

Abstract: Pilot scale experiments have been conducted for treating domestic sewage by means of operating 5 sets of hybrid membrane bioreactors(HMBR)simultaneously,at different sludge retention times(SRT),and the influences of SRT on the operational characteristics of HMBR researched. The results show that SRT has important influences on the removal of organic substances and nutrients. When the average removing rates of COD,NH3-N,TN and TP are the highest,the corresponding SRT are 30 d,20 d,30 d and 20 d respectively. In addition,too long or too short SRT can deteriorate membrane fouling. The optimal SRT is 30 d and the corresponding operational cycle of the membrane module is 117 d.
