活性炭吸附-电化学再生法处理纳滤浓水的研究

Research on the treatment of nanofiltration concentrated water by activated carbon adsorption-electrochemical regeneration method

摘要: 采用活性炭吸附-电化学再生工艺处理低压纳滤浓水(NF浓水),先用活性炭吸附富集NF浓水中的有机物,再用三维电极装置对吸附饱和的活性炭进行电化学再生。结果表明,吸附产水平均COD为20.7 mg/L,满足一级A排放标准要求。当电流密度为10 mA/cm2,电解液为7.5%的氯化钠溶液,电解时间为3 h时,三维电极再生装置对活性炭的再生率能达到94.3%,且再生的重复性好。利用此工艺可以高效、经济地处理NF浓水。

Abstract: Activated carbon adsorption-electrochemical regeneration process has been applied to the treatment of low-pressure nanofiltration concentrated water. Firstly,the organic matter in NF concentrated water is to be enriched and adsorbed by activated carbon,and then the adsorbed and saturated activated carbon is to be electrochemically regenerated by a three dimensional electrode device. The results show that the average COD of the water produced by adsorption is 20.7 mg/L,which could meet the requirements for the first-level A of the discharge standard. The regeneration rate of activated carbon by three dimensional electrode can reach 94.3% and has good repeatability,when the current density is 10 mA/cm2, 7.5% of sodium chloride solution as electrolyte,and electrolysis time 3 hours. NF concentrated water can be treated efficiently and economically by this technology.
