离子液体对Cd(Ⅱ)的萃取性能的研究

Research on the extraction capacity of ionic liquid for Cd(Ⅱ)

摘要:

研究了2种离子液体[Omim]PF6(1-辛基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐)和Aliquat 336(甲基三辛基季铵盐)对Cd(Ⅱ)的萃取性能,考察了离子液体种类、初始浓度、萃取时间、离子液体相与水相体积比(相比)及酸浓度对萃取率的影响。实验结果表明,[Omim]PF6对Cd(Ⅱ)的萃取率很低,而Aliquat 336对Cd(Ⅱ)的萃取率可以高达97%。随着废水中Cd(Ⅱ)初始浓度的增大,萃取率呈先略微升高,然后急剧下降的变化趋势。以Aliquat 336作为萃取剂,优化萃取时间为10 min,相比为1:5,酸浓度为0.5 mol/L。

Abstract:

The extraction capacity of two kinds of ionic liquids[Omim]PF6(1-octyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate) and Aliquat 336(trioctylmethylammonium chloride) for cadmium ions has been researched. The influences of the kind of ionic liquid,initial concentration,extraction time,the volume ratio of the ionic liquid phase and water phase(phase ratio),and acid concentration on extraction rates are investigated. The results show that the extraction rate of[Omim]PF6 for Cd(Ⅱ) is very low,while the extraction rate of Aliquat 336 for Cd(Ⅱ) as high as 97%. With the increase of Cd(Ⅱ) initial concentration in wastewater,the extraction rate increases slightly first,but then decreases sharply. Using Aliquat 336 as extraction agent,the optimized extraction time is 10 min, phase ratio 1:5,and acid concentration 0.5 mol/L.
