Preparation of a new type of composite photo-catalyst TiO2-Ca(OH)2-graphite and the photo-catalytic degradation of dye wastewater

摘要: 将采用溶胶-凝胶法制备的光催化剂TiO2-Ca(OH)2与石墨机械研磨制备了新型复合光催化剂TiO2-Ca(OH)2-石墨。运用XRD、SEM、PL等手段对制备的新型复合光催化剂进行了表征,并对影响太阳光下光催化降解茜素红效果的因素进行了考察。结果表明,复合光催化剂TiO2-Ca(OH)2-石墨具有较好的光催化降解效果,在其质量比为1:0.02:0.006的光催化体系中,茜素红去除率可达99.65%。TiO2-Ca(OH)2-石墨中的各组分具有显著的协同效应。

Abstract: A new type of composite photo-catalyst TiO2-Ca(OH)2-graphite has been prepared from photo-catalyst TiO2-Ca(OH)2 which was made by sol-gel method,ground with graphite mechanically. The new type of composite photo-catalyst has been characterized by XRD,SEM,PL,etc.,and the factors that affect the photo-catalytic degradation effect on alizarin red under sunlight investigated. The results show that composite photo-catalyst TiO2-Ca(OH)2-graphite has relatively good photo-catalytic degradation effect. The removing rate of alizarin red S dye can reach 99.65% in the photo-catalysis systems containing Ti-Ca-G with a mass ratio of 1:0.02:0.006. Every component in TiO2-Ca(OH)2-graphite shows significant synergistic effect.
