低C/N副食加工园区综合废水深度脱氮除磷

Advance nitrogen and phosphorus removal from low C/N comprehensive wastewater in a non-staple food processing park

摘要: 为满足某大型副食品加工园区综合排水作为流域景观水补水需求,研究以《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)Ⅴ类标准为目标,采用新型A2/O+人工湿地系统对园区实际低C/N综合废水进行处理,深度去除废水中氮磷污染物。结果表明,该系统具有高效节能的脱氮除磷效果,以及较强的运行达标稳定性。重点针对系统氮磷去除效能与规律、污泥特性演变及稳定调控策略进行了分析。

Abstract: In order to meet the demand for comprehensive wastewater as compensating water to watershed landscape water in a large-scale non-staple food processing park,taking the Ⅴ-class standard specified in the Quality Standards for Surface Water Environment(GB 3838-2002) as research target,a new type of A2/O+constructed wetland system has been used for treating the real low C/N comprehensive wastewater in the park,and for the advanced removal of nitrogen and phosphorus pollutants from the wastewater. The results show that the system has highly efficient energy-saving removing effects on nitrogen and phosphorus,as well as relatively strong stability of reaching operation stand-ard. The nitrogen and phosphorus removing efficiency and rules of the system,evolution of sludge characteristics,and stable regulation and control tactics are analyzed emphatically.
