印染园区污水处理厂工艺改造与运行

Process modification and operation of the wastewater treatment plant in a printing and dyeing park

摘要: 湖北汉川某印染园区污水处理厂进水以印染废水为主,水质成分复杂,可生化性差。该污水处理厂现有主体工艺为"混凝初沉+A/O+臭氧氧化",现针对该工艺出水水质不达标的问题,对其进行升级改造,将高级氧化段的臭氧氧化替换为类Fenton氧化。工程实践表明,改造后的工艺运行稳定可靠,出水COD、SS、色度满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A排放标准。

Abstract: The influent of the wastewater treatment plant of a printing and dyeing park,Hanchuan,Hubei Province, China,has mainly been printing and dyeing wastewater,and the influent characterized by complicated water quality ingredient and poor biodegradability. The present principal process of this wastewater treatment plant is "Coagulation/Sedimentation+A/O+Ozonation". Aiming at the problem that the effluent water quality could not reach the standard,the process is now up-graded and modified by substituting Fenton oxidation for the ozonation of advanced oxidation section. The engineering practice shows that the modified process runs stably and reliably. The effluent COD,SS and chroma meet the requirements for the First A Level Discharge Standard Specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollu-tants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002).
