Fenton法处理聚合物钻井废水中有机物的实验研究

Experimental research on the treatment of organic matter in polymer drilling wastewater by Fenton process

摘要: 以川西地区某聚合物钻井废水经复合混凝处理后的出水为研究对象,采用Fenton法进行处理,考察了不同药剂投加量、溶液pH和反应时间对钻井废水COD、UV254、色度去除率的影响,并通过紫外光谱和三维荧光光谱技术对钻井废水中有机物变化及反应机理进行了研究。最佳条件下,COD、UV254、色度去除率分别达到79.94%、83.33%、91.93%,Fe/C-H2O2耦合工艺出水中芳香化程度和聚合度大幅降低,高分子物质完全降解为小分子。

Abstract: The effluent from polymer drilling wastewater treated already by composite coagulation in western Sichuan, China, has been treated by Fenton process. The influences of the dosages of different chemicals,initial pH,and reaction time on the removing rates of COD,UV254 and chroma have been investigated, and the changes of organic matter in the drilling wastewater and reaction mechanisms probed into by means of UV and 3D-EEM spectroscopy. Under optimal conditions,the removing rates of COD,UV254 and chroma are 79.94%,83.33% and 91.93%,respectively. The aromatization degree and polymerization degree of the effluent from Fe/C-H2O2 coupling process are remarkably decreased. The macro molecular substances are degraded into micro molecular substances completely.
