K2S2O8掺杂TiO2光催化深度处理色素生产废水

Degradation of pigment production wastewater via a K2S2O8-doped TiO2 photocatalyst

摘要:

以K2S2O8为S源制备S/TiO2催化剂,并通过XRD、SEM和XPS对制备的催化剂进行了表征。结果表明:制备的催化剂呈现出高结晶度和均匀的形貌,S不仅掺入到TiO2的晶格中,而且还以SO42-的形式固定在其表面上。采用制备的S/TiO2光催化降解色素生产废水生物降解出水,结果表明,在最佳参数条件下,经过150 min的模拟太阳光照射后,COD和色度去除率分别可达85.6%和95.7%。

Abstract:

The S/TiO2 catalyst was prepared with K2S2O8 as S precursor and then characterized by XRD, SEM and XPS, respectively. The results showed that the catalyst exhibited high crystallinity and uniform morphology. S was not only incorporated into the crystal lattice of TiO2, but also anchored on the surface in the form of SO42-. The photocatalytic degradation of the biodegradable effluent from the pigment production wastewater was carried out by using S/TiO2 catalyst. Under the optimal parameters, after 150 min of simulated sunlight, COD and chroma degradation rate of the wastewater were up to 85.6% and 95.7%, respectively.
