铁锰催化剂活化过硫酸盐去除水中苯酚的研究

Removal of phenol from water by activation of persulfate with Fe-Mn catalyst

摘要:

使用溶胶-凝胶法制备了铁锰催化剂,并研究了该催化剂活化过硫酸钾降解苯酚的效果。结果表明:所制备的催化剂具有较高的比表面积和孔容,内部颗粒平均粒径为100 nm左右,且分散均匀;在25℃,PMS质量浓度为2.0 g/L,催化剂投加质量浓度为0.5 g/L,苯酚质量浓度为30 mg/L,初始pH为5,反应时间为90 min的条件下,苯酚的去除率达到90.59%;经过5次重复循环使用,苯酚去除率仍在80%以上,催化剂表现出良好的稳定性和重复使用性。

Abstract:

Fe-Mn catalyst was prepared by sol-gel method, and the effect of activated potassium persulfate on phenol degradation was studied. The results show that the catalyst has high specific surface area and pore volume. The internal particle average size is about 100 nm with uniform dispersion. Under the condition of temperature 25℃, the PMS concentration 2.0 g/L, the catalyst dosage 0.5 g/L, the phenol concentration 30 mg/L, the initial pH=5 and the reaction time 90 min, the phenol removal rate is up to 90.59%. After five times repeated cycle, the removal rate is still over 80%. The catalyst shows good stability and reusability.
