摘要:
采用絮凝-超滤组合工艺处理低温低浊水,考察了聚合硫酸铁-聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PFS-PDMDAAC)絮凝剂对低温低浊水的絮凝效果,分析了pH、Zeta电位、絮凝指数、分形维数及絮体的抗破碎能力等絮凝特征,并考察了絮凝对超滤膜污染的影响作用。结果表明:PFS-PDMDAAC对有机物、浊度的去除率明显高于PFS,且对pH的适用范围更广,絮体结构更加密实;PFS-PDMDAAC对芳香族蛋白类有机物和溶解性微生物代谢物有明显的去除效果。当搅拌速度分别为200、300 r/min,破碎絮体的再絮凝恢复程度较好;随着破碎次数增多,絮体的恢复能力未明显减弱。PFS-PDMDAAC的絮凝作用可有效减缓膜通量的衰减速率。

Abstract:
The combination process of flocculation and ultrafiltration was applied for the treatment of low temperature and low turbidity water. The flocculation efficiency of low temperature and low turbidity water by using polyferric sulfate-poly(dimethyldiallylammonium chloride) composite flocculant(PFS-PDMDAAC) were discussed. Moreover, the flocculation characteristics of initial pH, Zeta potential, flocculation index, fractal dimension and crush ability of flocs were mainly investigated, respectively. And the influential action on mitigating membrane fouling by using PFS-PDMDAAC was also researched. The results indicated that the removal rates of organic compounds and turbidity were increased compared with PFS. PFS-PDMDAAC could adapt to a wider range of pH than PFS. Also, the PDMDAAC could evidently increase density of floc. Furthermore, PFS-PDMDAAC could remove the aromatic protein organic matter and soluble microbial products distinctly. The re-flocculation ability of crush flocs was higher when the stirring speed were 200 r/min and 300 r/min, respectively. The regrowth ability of the flocs had not decreased significantly with the increasing of crushing time. The flocculation of PFS-PDMDAAC was effectively in mitigating rate of membrane flux.
