化学沉淀与活性炭组合处理树脂脱附液及回用研究

Combination of chemical precipitation and activated carbon for the treatment of resin regeneration effluent and recycle

摘要:

在优化投加量的基础上,考察化学沉淀和颗粒活性炭(GAC)组合对二级出水树脂脱附液的处理及回用效果。结果表明,BaCl2和CaCl2投加量分别按n(Ba2+):n(SO42-)为0.9和n(Ca2+):n(P)为0.6确定,GAC投加量为5 g/L。2次投加和1次投加药剂,无机阴离子和有机物去除效果无显著差异,残留Ba2+和Ca2+无明显增加。1次投加药剂处理脱附液回用时,8个周期内树脂的去除和再生效果良好。该组合方法处理脱附液并回用,减少了脱附液体积,还可降低处理成本。

Abstract:

On the basic of optimal dosage, combination of chemical precipitation and granular activated carbon(GAC) for the treatment of resin regeneration effluent and recycle were studied. The results showed that BaCl2 and CaCl2 dosage were determined by n(Ba2+): n(SO42-) of 0.9 and n(Ca2+): n(P) of 0.6, respectively. Moreover, the optimal dosage of GAC was 5 g/L. There was no significant difference in treatment effect of inorganic anions and organic matters was found between two-step and one-step adding reagent. Meanwhile, residual Ba2+ and Ca2+ concentration did not increase evidently. Within 8 adsorption-regeneration cycles, the resin had satisfactory removal and regeneration effect when the effluent was treated by one-step adding agents. The resin regeneration effluent can be treated and reused by combined method. Furthermore, it can reduce the volume of effluent and lower treatment cost.
