随着氟化物排放标准日趋严格,反渗透工艺在集成电路工业含氟废水深度处理中的应用越来越广泛。然而,反渗透浓水具有污染物种类多、氟化物和含盐量高的特点,浓水深度除氟问题是当前反渗透应用面临的瓶颈。以某集成电路产业园配套水质净化厂反渗透浓水为例,对两级铝盐混凝深度除氟工艺进行了深入的应用研究。结果表明,进水氟质量浓度为15~25 mg/L,TDS≥5 000 mg/L时,采用两级铝盐混凝工艺,在pH为7,PAC总投加量1 000 mg/L,一级与二级投加量比为1.5∶1条件下反应30 min,出水F-质量浓度稳定在1.0 mg/L以下,达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)中Ⅲ类标准。成本核算表明,两级铝盐混凝深度除氟工艺的药剂成本为4.06元/m3。该研究结果为两级铝盐混凝工艺在集成电路工业反渗透浓水深度除氟中的实际应用提供依据。

Abstract:
With increasingly stringent fluoride emission standards, the reverse osmosis (RO) process has been widely applied for advanced treatment of fluoride-containing wastewater in the integrated circuit (IC) industry. However, RO concentrate is characterized by a high diversity of pollutants, elevated fluoride and salt concentrations, making deep fluoride removal a critical bottleneck in RO applications. This study investigated the application of a two-stage aluminum salt coagulation process for advanced fluoride removal of RO concentrate from a water purification plant serving an IC industrial park as a case study. The results showed that when the influent fluoride concentration was 15-25 mg/L and total dissolved solids (TDS) ≥5 000 mg/L, stable fluoride removal could be achieved under optimized conditions: pH=7, total polyaluminum chloride (PAC) dosage of 1 000 mg/L, with a first-stage to second-stage PAC dosage ratio of 1.5∶1, and a reaction time of 30 minutes. Under these conditions, the effluent fluoride concentration remained consistently below 1.0 mg/L, meeting the Class Ⅲ standard of the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water (GB 3838—2002). Cost analysis indicated that the chemical cost of the two-stage aluminum salt coagulation process was approximately 4.06 RMB/m³. These findings provide a technical and economic basis for the practical application of the two-stage aluminum salt coagulation process in deep fluoride removal from RO concentrate in the IC industry.
