喹禾灵含酚废水混凝效果的试验研究

摘要:

喹禾灵生产过程中产生的废水是一种深棕色(色度为10000)的高浓度有机含酚废水(CODCr=2672mg/L,对苯二酚=2330mg/L)。选用三氯化铁作混凝剂,就混凝剂最佳用量及pH 值对混凝效果的影响进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,三氯化铁的最佳投加量为10g/L,最佳pH 值为9-10,此时CODCr、对苯二酚及色度的去除率分别为81.7%、86.5%、94%。

Abstract:

A high concentration organic phenol-containing wastewater which is deep brown is produced in the production process of Kuihelin, in which CODCr is 2672mg/L and 1, 4-dihydroxybenzene is 2330mg/L and colority is 10000.Using ferric chloride as coagulation agent, optimum coagulant dosage and the effect of pH on coagulation are studied in this paper.Experimental results indicate that optimum ferric chloride dosage is 10g/L and optimum pH is in the range from 9 to 10.while the conditional efficiency of CODCr removal rate is 81.7%, efficiency of 1, 4-dihydroxybenzene removal is 86.5% and efficiency of colority removal is 94%.
