膨润土的改性研究

摘要: 讨论了膨润土吸附剂的改性方法,通过比表面测定、扫描电镜、X射线能谱元素测定等,探讨了膨润土的结构与改性机理。研究结果表明:高温焙烧法活化膨润土有较好的效果,其对染化废水COD和色度有良好的去除能力,当投加0.1%改性膨润土,COD去除率可达74%,脱色率达95%以上。为天然膨润土的表面改性及其在染化废水处理中的应用提供了有价值的参考依据。

Abstract: This paper mainly deals with the method of modifying natural bentonite absorbent. The structure of bentonite and the mechanism for its modification are studied by BET area, scanning electronmicroscopy analy ses, Differential thermal analyses, X-ray spectroscopy analy ses. The results show that the modified bentonite used in 0.1% can remove COD and color from dyeing wastewater by 74% and 95% respectively. This research provides valuable experimental data for modifying bentonite and applying them in treating dyeing wastewater.
