微生物絮凝剂净化废水实验研究

摘要:

用GCI培养基从污水厂活性污泥中分离出产生高絮凝活性物质的微生物,实验研究证实了微生物絮凝剂对于多种废水具有很好的净化效果。从PMBF和CSMBF对于高岭土悬浊液及土壤悬浊液的净化效果来看,液体发酵培养后离心与否对絮凝结果并无明显影响,这对絮凝剂在工业应用中对减少投资及絮凝剂制备成本有着十分重要的意义。通过将传统的无机絮凝剂与微生物絮凝剂配合使用,不仅获得了更好的净化效果,而且可大大降低絮凝剂的总投加量,为减少有害物质残留、实现资源综合利用创造了良好的条件。

Abstract:

Abstract:Microbial flocculant isolated from the activated sludge of a wastewater treatment plant can purify various wastewater and/or suspensions effectively. In this research they find that whether the broth is centrifuged or not makes no obvious difference in its flocculation rate. Combined use of microbial flocculant and general inorganic coagulant can not only result in the reduction of flocculant's usage but also bringing about extremely purification results. Also this practice is likely to minimize residual contents of contaminants such as aluminum in the settled sludge.
