适应黄河水水稳剂的开发与应用

摘要:

根据齐鲁石化公司用水规划要求,该公司热电厂循环水补水水源由原来的地下水改为黄河水。由于黄河水中腐蚀性离子的浓度是原地下水的3~4倍,导致了循环水腐蚀速率大幅度升高。为减缓系统腐蚀速率,热电厂开展了适应黄河水的新型水稳剂的开发研究工作,经过对新药剂的旋转挂片试验、静态阻垢试验和工业应用试验等一系列研究工作,证明新型药剂的缓蚀与阻垢性能可以满足黄河水条件下循环水系统的使用要求。

Abstract:

According to the Qilu Petrochemical Corporation water using plan.Heat and Power Plant replaces the water source of circulating water system with the Yellow River water.As the concentration of caustic ion in the Yellow River water is3~4times more than the under-groundwater.It causes the eroding rate to increase to a great extent.To decrease the eroding rate a new water stabilizer has been developed.A series of tests shows that the performance of the new water stabilizer can satisfy the need of circulating water systems under the condition of using Yellow River water.
