摘要:

该炼厂西区循环水在系统扩建后出现了粘附速率超标问题,为解决这一问题进行了一系列的试验及现场处理工作。在循环水系统中,导致粘附速率超标的原因是多方面的,作者从气泡问题、排污措施及监测换热器等方面入手,进行了详细的分析,并综合其他因素,提出并实施改进方法,最终使问题得到了解决。

Abstract:

The overspeed problem of adhesion appeared after enlarging the system in the circulating system of the Western District of the Refinery. A weries of experiments and in situ treatment have been carried through. The causesfor the overspeed of adhesion are different. The problems of gas bubbles, douling discharge measure and heat exch-anger monitoring are analyzed in detail. Combining with other factors, some methods of improvement are put forward and finally the problems are solved.
