摘要:
研究了Cu2+和5,8-二羟基-1,4-萘醌(Naph)的络合显色反应。试验结果表明,在pH为7的乙酸铵溶液中,OP乳化剂的存在下,有色溶液的最大吸收波长为350nm,摩尔吸光系数为1.83×104L/(mol·cm),方法检出限为3.5μg/L,Cu2+质量浓度在0~4.0mg/L范围内符合比耳定律,可用于测定处理电镀废水中的微量Cu。

Abstract:
A complex chromogenic reaction of Cu2+ and 5, 8-dihydroxy-1,4-na phthoquinone(Naph) has been studied.The results show that the maximun absorption of the complex is at 350 nm with a molar absorptivity of 1.85 × 104 L/(mol·cm )in pH 7 ammonium acetate solution and in the presence of OP,the detection limi ts of the method is 3.5 μ/L for Cu2+ and Beer′s law is in accordance with Cu2+ in the range of 0 ~ 4.0 mg/L.The method has been applied to the determinatio n of trace Cu in treating electroplating wastewater by modified meerschaum with satisfactory results.
