聚琥珀酰亚胺水解条件与聚天冬氨酸阻垢性能关系的研究

摘要:

聚天冬氨酸具有无磷、可生物降解的特性,是一种“环境友好”型阻垢分散剂并具有一定的缓蚀性能,已经成为水处理药剂开发和研究的热点。目前,以L-天冬氨酸为原料进行缩合制得聚琥珀酰亚胺的工艺已经得到广泛的研究,但是对于聚琥珀酰亚胺水解为聚天冬氨酸的工艺条件研究的比较少。作者研究了聚琥珀酰亚胺的不同水解条件对其产物聚天冬氨酸阻垢性能的影响。结果表明,聚琥珀酰亚胺的最佳水解条件为:温度10~20℃,氢氧化钠质量浓度100g/L。

Abstract:

Polyaspartic acid is a non—phosphorus and biodegradable environmental friendly scale and corrosion inhibitor, which becomes the focus in water treatment agent development and research.The technology for synthezising polysuccinimide with L—aspartic acid is widely studied,but the process of polysuccinimide hydrolyzation is seldom studied. The influence of the diferent conditions of polysuccinimide hydrol~rzation on the scale inhibition effect of polyaspartic acid is studied.rI'}le results show the optimal conditions of polysuccinimide hydro—lyzation iS at 10~2O℃ and 100 g/L of sodium hydroxide.
