摘要:

钢材酸洗废液是国内产量较大的危险废物之一。作者对近年来国内酸洗废液综合利用及处理技术的研究成果作了回顾与分析,根据生产实践反映出来的问题,指出开发具有资源化与无害化酸洗废液处理新技术是必要的,同时提出深化研究及开发新技术中需要着重考虑的问题。为得到更多的经济及环境效益,尤其是在工艺的灵活性以及提高产品附加值等方面需要进一步深化。

Abstract:

Steel waste pickling liquor is one of hazardous wastes with relatively more output in domestic. The research work and some achievements of utilizing pickling waste solution in recent years have been reviewed and analyzed. According to the problems from the experience, it is necessary to develop some new techniques of treating pickling waste solution with both characters of resource recovery and innoxiousness, and some problems that should be considered with great concern in developing new techniques are put forward, especially a process with greater flexible for different purposes, and a new product with higher appending values should be given more attention hereafter in order to obtain more economic or environmental benefit.
