摘要:

制革废水生物处理具有一定的特殊性,作者设计采用氧化沟技术处理该废水。在该工艺流程中将鞣制及含硫废水单独收集,分别进行预处理,一方面可回收Cr3+,降低成本,另一方面可使后续处理更加方便。为防止污水在调节池内沉淀,避免池中污水因缺氧而导致水质恶化,调节池内应设搅拌装置。仅采用氧化沟处理难以达到出水要求,需增加混凝沉淀工艺以保证出水水质。

Abstract:

Leather wastewater treatment has its particularity. The oxidation ditch is the best practical process. It is necessary to collect wastewater from tan process and wastewater containing sulphur individually and pretreat them separately. On one hand, Cr3+ can be recycled, to reduced the cost. On the other hand, it makes the following treatment more convenient. In order to prevent the wastewater from settling in the conditioning tank and prevent the wastewater in tank from anoxia, which causes the water quality to get worse, there should be a mixer in the conditioning tank. The quality of outlet water is not satisfactory, if only oxidation ditch is used. In order to ensure the outlet water quality, flocculation and sedimentation processes should be used after oxidation ditch.
