Advanced treatment of tanning wastewater by Fenton fluidized bed

摘要:

采用填充铁氧化物负载石英砂的Fenton流化床法深度处理制革废水,探究各因素对COD去除效果的影响,并与传统Fenton法进行去除效果的比较。结果表明,各因素对去除效果的影响顺序为:溶液pH >H2O2投加量 >反应时间 >n(Fe2+)∶n(H2O2)。在最佳反应条件下,填充铁氧化物负载石英砂的Fenton流化床法对COD的去除率最高达64.8%,优于传统Fenton法。

Abstract:

The Fenton fluidized bed method,which was filled with iron oxide loaded quartz sand,has been used for the advanced treatment of tanning wastewater. The influences of various factors on COD removing effect are investigated,and a comparison between the removing effect of this Fenton method with that of traditional Fenton method is made. The results show that the influence sequence of removing effects affected by various factors is:solution pH >H2O2 dosage >reaction time >n(Fe2+):n(H2O2). Under optimum reaction conditions,the highest COD removing rate by using the Fenton fluidized bed method,which was filled with iron oxide loaded quartz sand,is as high as 64.8%,better than that by using traditional Fenton method.
