摘要:

介绍了大豆蛋白废水和屠宰废水的水质和性质特征,分析了污水、污泥、沼气工艺设计和工程的调试运行状况。实践表明大豆蛋白和屠宰废水混和处理,利于均衡生物处理系统营养,降低油脂和长链脂肪酸的影响,优化厌氧系统工艺设计及参数,使COD总去除率达95.0%以上;尽快从间歇进水变为连续进水,利于基质和污泥的混和接触,可促进油脂和脂肪酸的降解,防止油和脂肪酸的积累。

Abstract:

The characteristics and water quality volumes of soybean protein wastewater and butcher wastewater are introduced. The debugging and running situations of the technological design and engineering of effluent, sludge and methane are analyzed. It is indicated by practice that mixing treatment is good for balancing the nutrition of biological treatment, decreasing the influence of oil, fat and long-chained fatty acid and optimizing the technology and parameters ofanaerobic systemdesign. In this case, the CODgeneral removal rate can be over 95.0%and the intermittent water influent can become continuous runningas soon as possible. Furthermore, it is good for themixingcontact ofmatrices and sludge, accelerating the degradation of oil, fat and fatty cid and preventing the oil and fatty acid fromaccumulation.
