光催化氧化分光法检测水中DOP和DON

Determination of the DOP and DON in water by photocatalys is -oxidation spectrometrically

摘要:

通过TiO2光催化氧化法,在60min内降解AMP、ADP、ATP有机磷标准化合物、尿素和EDTA有机氮标准化合物,并与国标方法消化结果进行了对比。光催化氧化法消化自然水体中有机磷和有机氮的效果可以达到并超过国标方法;有机磷化合物被降解成PO43-,有机氮化合物先被氧化分解成NH4+,再进一步被氧化成NO3-,降解产物便于进行定量测定,并设计出在线分析装置,从而使光催化氧化法替代传统方法用于分析自然水体中的溶解有机磷(DOP)和溶解有机氮(DON)成为可能。

Abstract:

The digestion of organic phosphorus standard compounds and organic nitrogen standard compounds including AMP, ADP and ATP, Urea and EDTA, within 60 min by TiO2 photocatalysis, compared with the results by national standard digestion method, it is found that the digestion effect of TiO2 photocatalysis is equal to and even better than that of the national standard method. Organic phosphorus compounds are degraded into PO4 3- and organic nitrogen compounds are oxidized and decomposed into NH4 +. Moreover, the products of degradation is only PO4 3-, NH4 +, NO4 - which are easy to check quantitatively. The equipment is designed, so it is possible that photocatalysis is instead of the traditional method in on-line analysis of the DOP and DON in water.
