摘要:

根据超滤技术在实际工程应用中所存在的问题,试验研究了废乳化液的pH、温度和超滤膜管的清洗方式对膜通量和衰减速度的影响规律,并优化了上述指标的操作参数。实际运行结果表明,原来存在的问题得到了很好的解决,工艺处理效果很好。

Abstract:

In order to solve the problems existing in the process of using ultrafiltration in real projects,a special test has been made to explore the effects of pH,temperature of oil-bearing wastewater,the way to wash membrane tubes on membrane flux and attenuating velocity.In the experiment the above factors have been optimized to achieve an effective treatment.The result shows that the formerly existing problems are well solved and the process is proved to be very effective.
