UASB反应器处理玉米淀粉废水稳定性研究

摘要:

分析了UASB反应器稳定运行的影响因素,试验结果表明:通过对进水量的主动调整可以解决因进水浓度波动带来的影响,反应器COD容积负荷在10kg/(m3·d)左右时,上升流速0.7m/h是最佳值,能够承受2kg/(m3·d)的负荷冲击,处理效率仍能保持在75%以上。

Abstract:

The influential factors in operating stability of the UASB reactor for treating corn starch process wastewater has been investigated by pilot-scale experiments. The results proved influence of fluctuating influent COD strength on operating stability of UASB reactor can be dealt with by the control of inflow actively. Under COD volume loading rate (VLR) of around 10 kg/(m3·d) , hydrodynamic velocity of 0.7 m/h is the best value and the reactor can meet the increasing COD VLR of 2 kg/(m3·d) with 75% COD removal rate.
