印染回用水中活性艳红X-3B的脱色工艺比较

The comparison of decoloration technology of the active bright red X- 3B in recycled printing and dyeing was tewater

摘要:

石狮宏山五堡印染废水处理厂排放水中含难生物降解和絮凝的活性艳红X-3B,对其进行了脱色实验。对比了焦炭阴极床电还原法、NaClO氧化法、铁屑床还原法3种脱色工艺。结果表明,在实验条件下,焦炭阴极床电还原法脱色效果较稳定,脱色后印染废水色度可达到排放标准,具备工业推广价值;NaClO氧化法脱色效果不理想;铁屑床还原法可以有效脱色但失活快,修复难。

Abstract:

The substrate is from the discharged water in the Wubao Printing and Dyeing Wastewater Treatment Plant of the Stone Lion Great Mountain. And, the experimental object is the active bright red X- 3B, which is hard to be biodegraded and flocculated. Decoloration capacities of the coke cathodic bed electric reduction, NaClO oxidation and iron filing reduction have been compared. The results show that under the experimental condition, the coke cathodic bed electric reduction technology is more stable. After decoloration, the printing and dyeing wastewater can reach the discharge standard, having industrial popularizing value. NaClO oxidation technology does not have satisfactory results. The iron filing reduction can decolorize effectively, but is quick to be deactivated and is hard to be reactivated.
