摘要: 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米TiO2,合成了TiO2/Cu2O复合光催化剂,并对合成的TiO2和TiO2/Cu2O进行SEM和XRD表征。在高压汞灯照射下,采用TiO2/Cu2O复合光催化剂对活性艳红X-3B进行光催化降解反应,考察了n(Ti4+):n(Cu2+)、pH、反应温度等因素的影响。结果表明,在高压汞灯照射下,与纳米TiO2相比,TiO2/Cu2O的光催化降解效果得到明显提高。以0.01 g TiO2/Cu2O复合物为光催化剂,在高压汞灯照射下,降解100 mL 20 mg/L的活性艳红X-3B溶液,起始pH为1,水浴温度为60℃,反应60 min,活性艳红X-3B最佳降解率为83.6%。

Abstract: The nano-TiO2 has been prepared by sol-gel method,and the TiO2/Cu2O composite photocatalyst. The syn-thesized nano-TiO2 and TiO2/Cu2O composite photocatalyst have been characterized by XRD and SEM. Under the irradiation of high voltage mercury lamp,the photocatalytic degradation reaction of reactive brilliant red X-3B has been implemented by using TiO2/Cu2O composite photocatalyst. The influences of the factors such as n(Ti4+):n(Cu2+), pH and reaction temperature on the reactive brilliant red X-3B have been investigated. The results show that under the irradiation of high voltage mercury lamp,compared with nano-TiO2,the photocatalytic degradation effect of Cu2O/TiO2 composite photocatalyst is obviously improved. Using 0.01 g of TiO2/Cu2O as photocatalyst under high voltage mercury lamp irradiation,100 mL of 20 mg/L reactive brilliant red X-3B solution is degraded. When the initial pH is 1,temperature in water bath 60℃,and reaction time 60 min,the optimal degradation rate reaches 83.6%.
