石灰混凝法预处理垃圾沥滤液的试验研究

摘要:

采用 Ca(OH)2 作为混凝剂预处理深圳市三个生活垃圾焚烧厂沥滤液。结果表明投加 6 g/L Ca(OH)2, 可将 沥滤液的 pH 调到 10.5,混凝后可以去除 80%~90%的总磷和 SS, 再提高 Ca(OH)2 投加量, 总磷和 SS 对去除率提高不 明显。由于沥滤液中的氨氮、总氮和 COD主要是以溶解态存在, 混凝过程对总氮、氨氮和 COD 的去除效率较低。

Abstract:

Lime coagulation process has been used for pretreating the landfill leachate at three Shenzhen domestic landfill leachate incineration plants.The results showthat the pH of leachate can be adjusted to 10.5, after putting in 6 g/L Ca(OH)2.The removal rates of TP and SS are over 80%-90% by the lime coagulation process.But when the input of Ca(OH)2 is over 6 g/L Ca(OH)2, the removal rates of TP and SS are not improved obviously.Due to the ammonianitrogen total nitrogen and COD are soluble, the removal rates are low.
