漂浮型TiO2光催化剂的研制及其除油实验研究

摘要:

以膨胀珍珠岩(EP)为载体,用浸渍-烧结法制备了4种漂浮型TiO2光催化剂,并对制备催化剂的工艺条件进行了初步研究,以缝纫机润滑油为水面模拟污染物,考察了4种光催化剂在紫外灯光照下对油的降解效果。实验结果表明,经14h紫外灯照射后水面浮油降解率达到81.1%。实验证明以钛酸正丁酯为原料制备的Ⅱ-2型光催化剂活性最高。

Abstract:

The photocatalyst with TiO2 immobilized on expanded perlite( EP) has been prepared by dipcoatingsintering method, and four kinds of the photocatalytic degradation effects on sewing machine oil film floating on water have been preliminary investigated under irradiation ultraviolet light. It is observed that about 81.1% of machine floating oil is degraded within 14 h. The experiment result show that Type Ⅱ-2 has the highest activiaty.
