新型反渗透阻垢剂动态评价方法的研究

摘要:

提出一种新型"梯级加药法"用于动态评价反渗透阻垢剂。以梯级加药的方式提升进料水的离子含量,通过平台期成垢离子的浓度变化判断阻垢剂的性能。对方法的原理和参数做一定的分析,并通过实验对进口阻垢剂PTP0100、ASD200以及国内某高校研制的#1RO阻垢剂进行对比。试验表明,该方法快速、简便,在阻垢剂投加质量浓度为3mg/L时,参与评价的阻垢剂性能高低排序依次为:#1RO国产、PTP0100、ASD200。

Abstract:

A new dynamic evaluation method named “step join” for scale inhibitors used in reverse osmosis systems is put forward.The ion-content of the feeding water is increased by the step join method.The change of scaled ion concentration are used for judging the performance of the scale inhibitor.The principle and parameters of the method is analyzed.The imported scale inhibitors PTP0100 and ASD200 and China-made scale inhibitor #1RO are compared by tests.The results show that this method is rapid,simple and convenient.When the dosage is 3 mg/L,among the three kinds of scale inhibitors,#1RO is the best one,and PTP0100 is better than ASD200.
