原子吸收光谱法测量电镀废水中的铬含量

Determination of Cr6+ and total-Cr in electroplating wastewater by atomic absorption spectrometry

摘要:

对二苯碳酰二肼分光光度法和原子吸收光谱法这两种方法进行比较,说明采用原子吸收光谱法测定电镀废水中铬的准确性。并且选取最佳的仪器工作条件,用标准加入法测定铬含量,并对测定时一些干扰元素进行分析,确定合适的抗干扰体系来去除这些元素对铬测定的干扰。结果显示,该方法测量电镀废水中的铬具有准确、快速的特点。

Abstract:

The atomic absorption spectrometry has been compared with dipehenylcarbohydrazide spectrophotometry in regard to the determination of the contents of Cr6+ and total-Cr in electroplating wastewater. The accuracy of atomic absorption spectrometry is thus ascertained. Furthermore, the optimal working conditions of the atomic absorption spectrophotometer are chosen. Some best interference elements are analyzed in the course of determination, and appropriate anti-interference system for eliminating the interference resulted from these elements to the determination of Cr6+ is confirmed. The results show that the atomic absorption spectrometry used for determining Cr in electroplating wastewater is accurate and rapid.
