摘要:

通过分析丙烯腈装置E-113和HX-101冷却器泄漏不同介质物料时对循环水水质的影响,以及通过物料泄漏后循环水中微生物和冷却器腐蚀速率的变化趋势,为查找、判断可能泄漏物料的冷却器提供了一定依据和方法,同时针对不同泄漏介质的特性采取投加生物分散剂、在线黏泥剥离剂等阻止循环水水质恶化的对策措施得到了实践的验证,对今后处理循环水系统泄漏有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract:

The effects of different material leaking from the acrylonitrile devices E-113 and HX-101 on circulating water quality has been analyzed. The changing trends of the microbes in circulating water and the corrosion rate of the cooler after material leaking, have provided foundation and methods for finding and evaluating the cooler which may possibly leak the materials. At the same time, aiming at the characteristics of different leaking media, the countermeasures that have taken in adding biological dispersant and on-line sludge delaminating for preventing the circulating water quality from getting worse are validated through practice. They can provide certain references for controlling leaking problems in circulating water systems.
