摘要:
以双氰胺和乙二醛等为原料,以氯化铵为催化剂合成了双氰胺-乙二醛缩聚物脱色絮凝剂(DG)。采用正交试验研究了乙二醛用量、氯化铵用量、反应温度和反应时间等因素对双氰胺-乙二醛缩聚物脱色絮凝剂合成的影响。试验结果表明,当双氰胺33.6 g,乙二醛62 g,氯化铵21.6 g,反应温度65℃,反应时间为3 h时制得的双氰胺-乙二醛缩聚物脱色絮凝剂的絮凝脱色性能良好,脱色率≥93%,CODCr去除率≥66%。工程试车结果表明,以PAC+DG组成的絮凝剂处理印染废水时,产生的絮体大而密实,沉降速度快、产生污泥量少,药剂用量少,最佳出水水质为:CODCr 60 mg/L,色度30倍。

Abstract:
Dicyandiamide-glyoxal polycondensate decolorizing flocculants has been synthesized by using dicyandiamide and glyoxal as raw materials,and ammonium chloride as catalyst.The effects of some factors,such as the amount of glyoxal and ammonium chloride,reaction temperature,reaction time on the synthesis of the dicyandiamide-glyoxal polycondensate decolorizing flocculants are studied by orthogonal experiment.The results show that the best conditions are as follows: dicyandiamide 33.6 g,glyoxal 62 g,ammonium chloride 21.6 g,reaction temperature 65 ℃ and reaction time 3 h,the decolorizing efficiency of the flocculant is the best,≥93%,the removal efficiency of CODCr is≥66%.The practice results show that the flocculant produced by PAC+DG is big and compact,its degradation velocity fast,sludge produced less,dosage used less.The best effluent CODCr is60 mg/L and chroma30 times
