马铃薯淀粉废水的资源化处理研究

Study on the resourceful treatment of potato starch wastewater

摘要:

采用各种改性方法制备了蒙脱土基絮凝吸附材料,通过SEM、BET等分析手段对所得蒙脱土基絮凝吸附材料的形貌及其对马铃薯淀粉废水的絮凝吸附能力进行研究,测定了其对马铃薯淀粉废水的处理效果。结果表明蒙脱土基絮凝吸附材料对COD吸附量最高达到245 mg/g,浊度去除率最高达到93%,处理后废水的pH介于4.7~7.0,是马铃薯淀粉废水资源化处理的一种优选材料,为马铃薯淀粉废水的资源化处理提供了有效途径。

Abstract:

Various modified methods have been used for preparing montmorillonoite flocculation adsorbent(MFA)materials.The topography of the MFA and its flocculating adsorption effect on the potato starch wastewater(PSW) are analyzed by SEM and BET,and the treatment effectiveness is determined.The results show that the COD adsorbance of montmorillonoite adsorbing material is as high as 245 mg/g,turbidity removing rate is as high as 93%,and the pH after being treated is between 4.7-7.0 indicating it is a kind of optimized material for resourceful treatment of potato starch wastewater.It provides efficient path for the resourceful treatment of potato starch wastewater.
