季铵盐改性蒙脱土对焦化废水脱色研究

Research on quaternary ammonium salt modified montmorillonite for the decoloration of coking wastewater

摘要:

利用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)对钠基蒙脱土进行改性,得到一种表面有正电荷,能够吸附富集水中带负电荷的色素分子的复合材料CTAB-钠基蒙脱土。利用XRD、FTIR和SEM等手段对材料的结构进行了表征,并考察了该复合材料对焦化废水的脱色效果。结果表明,对于800 mL色度为1 420度的焦化废水,当复合材料投加量为1.0 g时,废水色度可降至小于80度,达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)的二级标准要求。

Abstract:

CTAB has been used for the modification of montmorillonite,so as to obtain a kind of composite material,CTAB-montmorillonite,which has positive charges on its surface and can adsorb and enrich pigment molecules,which have negative charges,in water. The structure of this material is characterized by XRD,FTIR and SEM. The decolorization effect of this material on coking wastewater is investigated. The results show that for 800 mL of coking wastewater whose chroma is 1 420 degree,when the composite material dosage is 1.0 g,the wastewater chroma can be decreased to less than 80 degree,meeting the Second Level standard requirements specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996).
