摘要：

久泰能源内蒙古有限公司甲醇厂的设计产能为年产100万t甲醇, 是国内最大的煤制甲醇企业, 针对该厂循环水系统可能出现的腐蚀和结垢问题, 研究并开发了高效缓蚀阻垢剂, 经过实验室试验和现场应用, 证明该缓蚀阻垢剂完全能满足现场的要求。

Abstract:

The designed productivity of Methanol Factory for Jiutai Energy Inner Mongolia Branch is one million tons per year. It is the biggest enterprise for methanol production made from coal in China. According to the scale and corrosion problems in their circulating water system, highly efficient scale and corrosion inhibitors have been studied and developed. The result of laboratory test and field application is qualified. It indicates that the scale and corrosion inhibitor can fully meet the field requirements.
