高浓度敌百虫生产废水预处理试验研究

Pretreatment of highly concentrated trichlorfon industrial wastewater

摘要:

调节废水的pH,使用破乳剂从高浓度敌百虫生产废水中提取敌敌畏,再用电解的方法对提取敌敌畏后的废水进行处理。结果表明:调节废水的pH至碱性,经破乳化方法提取敌敌畏后,COD平均去除率达56.1%,总磷去除率平均为22.2%;电解后COD平均去除率达到64.2%,经混凝后总磷为7 600 mg/L,总去除率达57.6%,BOD/COD提高到0.38,可生化性明显提高。

Abstract:

The pH of wastewater should be alkalized first and the dichlorvos is to be extracted from the highly concentrated trichlorfon industrial wastewater with demulsifier. The results show that after the above treatment,the average COD removal rate is 56.1%,average total phosphorus removal rate 22.2%. After electrolysis,the average COD removal rate reaches 64.2% and after coagulation,the average total phosphorus is 7 600 mg/L and total phosphorus removal rate 57.6%. Its BOD/COD is increased to 0.38,and the biodegradability is improved significantly.
