钛铁矿渣制备高效絮凝剂的试验研究

Research and experiment on the preparation of highly effective flocculant with ilmenite slag

摘要:

以钛铁矿废渣为原料,采用正交实验设计,制备了无机高分子絮凝剂。实验表明最佳合成条件为:酸浸液pH为2.2,反应温度为45℃,聚合时间为2 h。探讨了所制絮凝剂对印染废水的处理效果,并借助FT-IR、SEM分析了产品的结构和形貌特征。表明球形、具有掺杂结构、无定型态的聚铁絮凝剂具有良好的絮凝沉积效果。

Abstract:

With ilmenite slag as raw material,the inorganic high polymer flocculant has been prepared by orthogonal test. It shows that optimum synthesis conditions are as follows:the pH of pickle liquor is 2.2,reaction temperature45 ℃,and polymerization time 2 h. The treatment effectiveness of the prepared flocculant on printing and dyeing wastewater is discussed,and its structure and morphology characteristics are analyzed by FT -IR and SEM. The research shows that spherical polyferric flocculant with doped structure and amorphous structure has good effects on flocculating sedimentation.
