光催化氧化法预处理有机硅树脂生产废水

Pretreatment of wastewater from silicone resin production by photocatalytic oxidation process

摘要:

以某绝缘材料公司的废水处理工程为例, 探讨了光催化氧化法在有机硅树脂生产废水预处理中的应用。运行结果表明,光催化氧化法能够有效去除废水中的难生物降解有机物,在进水CODCr为81 856 mg/L、BOD5为2 042 mg/L、SS 为222 mg/L、pH 为2.8 的条件下,出水CODCr为678 mg/L、BOD5为90 mg/L、SS 为28 mg/L、pH 为6.7,出水水质达到了设计要求,解决了该废水对厂区总污水处理站的冲击问题。

Abstract:

The wastewater treatment project of an insulating material company is taken as an example. The application of photocatalytic oxidation process to the pretreatment of wastewater from silicone resin production has been discussed. The operation results show that photocatalytic oxidation process can remove the refractory biodegradation organic substances from the wastewater,effectively. When the influent is under the following conditions:CODCr is 81 856 mg/L,BOD5 2 042 mg/L,SS 222 mg/L and pH 2.8,the effluent CODCr is 678 mg/L,BOD5 90 mg/L,SS 28 mg/L and pH 6.7. The effluent water quality reaches the designed requirements. The impact problem of wastewater on the main wastewater treatment station at the working area has been solved.
