含醚、醇类废水处理方法的选择

Selection of the treatment methods for treating wastewater containing dimethyl ether and propanol

摘要:

介绍了特种硼化物生产过程中产生的含甲醚、异丙醇废水的来源及污染负荷,并分别对比选择了处理方法。探索试验和放大试验结果表明,处理后水绝大部分可以做到循环回用;经处理后大部分异丙醇可回收作为原料;排放水水质符合国家规定的排放标准要求。

Abstract:

The source and contamination load of wastewater containing dimethyl ether and propanol which came into being from the specific boride production process are introduced.The wastewater treatment methods are contrasted and selected,respectively.The results of exploratory experiment and enlarged experiment show that most of the treated water can be reused circularly and most of the treated propanol can be recovered and reused as raw materials,meeting the requirements of the water quality of discharged water.
