Optimization of the operating conditions of PAC-MBR for treating micro-polluted water sources

摘要:

通过正交试验对粉末活性炭-膜生物反应器(PAC-MBR)组合工艺处理微污染水源水的运行工况进行了优化。分层次构建了运行工况优化多目标模型,确定了各评价指标权重的分配,利用隶属度统一量化在各工况下实测的评价指标数值,经综合指标公式得出较优工况。通过极差分析确定了膜池内的曝气强度是首要影响因素,选定最优工况:膜池内曝气强度40 L/h,膜池刮泥间隔1 h,出水抽吸泵抽、停时间9、3 min,膜池采用间歇曝气。

Abstract:

Through orthogonal tests,the optimiz ation of the operating conditions of the combined process of powdered activated carbon-membrane bioreactor (PAC-MBR) for treating micro-polluted water from water sources has been carried out. A multi-objective model of the optimization of operating conditions is established hierarchically,so as to determine the weight of evaluation indexes,and the membership grade is used to unify the qualification of the values of evaluation indexes under various operating conditions actually determined. Through range analysis,it is decided that the first important influencing factor is aeration intensity. Then,the more favorable operating condition is obtained through integrating index formula. The optimal operating conditions selected are as follows:aeration intensity in the membrane pond is 40 L/h,membrane pond scraper interval 1 h,effluent suctionpump intermittent time 9 min,3 min. Intermittent aeration is used for the membrane pond.
