Study on the determination of sulfite content in water by acidification-water bathing-malachite green spectrophotometry

摘要:

研究水中亚硫酸盐的检测方法,确定最佳检测条件。结果表明:最佳检测方法为酸化—水浴—分光光度法;最佳检测条件为:最大吸收波长618 nm、反应介质为pH=6的醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲溶液(体积为1 mL)、孔雀石绿体积为1 mL、反应温度5~30 ℃、反应时间为40 min;适用范围:0~5 mg/L(以SO32-计),最低检出限为0.1 mg/L。

Abstract:

The determination process of sulfites content in water has been studied and its optimal conditions have been ascertained. The results show that the determination process is acidification-water bathing-malachite green spectrophotometry, and the optimal conditions are as follows:the absorptive wavelength is 618 nm, reaction medium acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution whose pH is 6 and volume is 1 mL, volume of malachite green 1 mL, reaction temperature 5-30 ℃, and reaction time 40 min. Its sphere of application is 0-5 mg/L and the minimum detection limit 0.1 mg/L.
