单、多晶硅生产废水处理站升级改造工艺设计

Process design of the upgrading and reconstruction of the wastewater treatment station for single- and poly-crystalline silicon production

摘要: 针对浙江某阳光能源有限公司排放的单、多晶硅生产废水的特点,采用“混凝沉淀-水解酸化-活性污泥”作为主体处理工艺,工程设计规模1 000 m3/d。工程实践表明:出水水质稳定达到并高于《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996) 的三级排放标准。系统运行稳定,耐冲击负荷,处理成本低,系统COD 总去除率大于92%,SS总去除率大于90%。着重介绍了升级改造工程处理工艺的选择、工程设计参数、设备配置等情况,总结了改造后工程运行效果。

Abstract: According to the characteristics of wastewater from single-and poly-crystalline silicon production which was discharged by a sunlight energy source Co.,Ltd. in Zhejiang,China,coagulation sedimentation-hydrolytic acidification-activated sludge has been used as the main part of the treatment process. Its engineering design scale is 1 000 m3/d. The engineering practice shows that the effluent water quality can meet the third class requirements of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978-1996). The system is characterized by stable system opera-tion,high resistance to shock loading, and low costs. The total COD removing rate of the system is higher than 92%,and total SS removing rate higher than 90%. The conditions, such as selection/process scheme, engineering design parameters,equipment configuration,etc.,of the upgrading and reconstruction project of the treatment technology are introduced emphatically. The engineering operation effects after the reconstruction are summarized.
