摘要:

简述了新密电厂二期1000 MW火电机组凝结水精处理再生系统概况、流程等.对再生系统遇到的排水中有油污、擦洗步序不合理、阳塔漏树脂等问题提出了切实有效的处理措施.结果表明,调试后再生系统运行正常,可以保证凝结水精处理系统的出水水质和运行周期,有利于改善机组整套启动期间的水汽品质.

关键词: 凝结水精处理, 再生系统, 树脂复苏, 泄压

Abstract:

The survey,flow,etc. of the second stage of the condensate polishing regeneration system in the 1 000 MW unit of power plant in Xinmi Power Plant are described briefly. Aiming at the problems,such as oil contamination in the drainage,unreasonable sequence of scrub,cation resin leakage,etc. in the regeneration tower,practical and effective measures have been brought forward. The results show that the regeneration system runs normally after debugging and ensures the effluent water quality and running cycle of the condensate polishing system,which is advantageous to the improvement of the water vapor quality during the whole start-up period of the unit.
