竹材制浆废水处理工程运行工艺优化

摘要:

对3.5万m3/d竹材制浆废水处理工程工艺进行了优化,当二沉池出水COD为 200 mg/L左右时,混凝剂由PAC改为高效混凝剂,投加量为1.5 kg/m3,助凝剂阴离子PAM投加质量浓度为5 mg/L,气浮处理后出水COD为66~89 mg/L,色度则降至10~30倍,排放水感观大大改善,各指标完全满足了《制浆造纸工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 3544-2008)要求.

Abstract:

The running process of the 35 000 m3/d bamboo pulp wastewater treatment engineering has been optimized. When the COD of effluent from the second sedimentation pond is about 200 mg/L,highly efficient coagulant is used instead of coagulant PAC,whose dosage is 1.5 kg/m3. The mass concentration of added dosage of coagulant aid anion PAM is 5 mg/L. After flotation treatment,the effluent COD is 66-89 mg/L,chroma drops to 10-30 times. The discharged water looks much better. All of the indexes meet the requirements specified in the Discharge Standard of Water Polluents from Paper and Pulp Industry(GB 3544-2008).
