摘要:

离子棒水处理器是水处理领域应用的先进水处理设备,其阻垢除垢效果十分显著,但关于原理阐述还存在一定矛盾。对离子棒阻垢除垢的工作原理进行分析,认为水分子在强电场作用下强制电离,生成的氢离子吸附在管路表面,导致附近局域的pH降低,形成不利于钙镁碳酸盐沉淀结晶的化学环境,从而起到阻垢作用;如果表面已经结垢,也会因局域pH下降,导致金属管路结合面处微观区域的钙镁碳酸盐优先溶解,使结垢逐渐脱落。

Abstract:

The ion-stick water treater is an advanced water treatment device which has significant effects on the inhibition and removal of scaling. However,there are some contradictions in the elaboration of its working principle. The working principle of ion-stick water treaters is analyzed. It is considered that the water molecules would be ionized forcibly in strong electric field,and then the generated hydrogen ions would be attracted and adsorbed on the surface of the pipeline. As a result,the pH near that area would decrease,forming a chemical environment which is disadvantageous to the precipitation and crystallization of calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate,and,thus,scale inhibition starts to take effect. If scale has been formed,the pH nearby would decrease,too,resulting in the preferential dissolution of calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate at the microcosmic area of the joint surface of the metal pipeline,and then the scale sheds gradually.
