工业锅炉酸洗废液全铁含量测定方法优化实验研究

Experimental study on the optimization of the determination method for the total iron content in industrial boiler acid pickling waste liquor

摘要:

对工业锅炉清洗废液全铁含量测定方法进行了系统优化, 考察了各因素对全铁含量测定效果的影响。结果表明, 将样品控制在pH 为 1.5~2.3, 温度为65~90 ℃范围内, 氧化剂过硫酸铵配制时间在20 d内为最佳测定条件。若废液中杂质离子较多, 应先加入掩蔽剂予以掩蔽再行测定;若锅炉废液含Mg2+较高, 掩蔽剂添加质量以5.0 g为最佳。优化实验测定结果接近真实值, 方法准确可靠, 重现性较好。

Abstract:

The method for the determination of total iron content in industrial boiler cleaning wastewater are optimized systematically. The effects of various factors on the determination results of total iron content are investigated. The results show that the optimal conditions for the determination are as follows:the pH of the samples is controlled at 1.5-2.3, the temperature is within the range of 65-90 ℃, and the oxidant ammonium persulfate preparation time within 20 days. If the impurity ions in waste liquid are a little too much, masking agent should be added so as to mask them and then re-determination. If the boiler waste liquid contains high Mg2+, the optimal dosage of the masking agent added is 5 g. The optimized determination results are close to the real value. It indicates that the method is accurate, reliable and reproducible.
